We help youth organizations organize the administrative work required around covered administrators, employees and regular volunteers—without pretending a dashboard replaces legal advice or DOJ authority.
California Business & Professions Code §18975 addresses mandated-reporter training, background checks under the applicable DOJ process, and child-abuse prevention policies for covered youth service organizations. The statute also defines a “regular volunteer” using direct-contact/supervision and time thresholds.
We do not act as the organization’s attorney, receive its DOJ criminal-history responses, determine criminal-history suitability, or represent ourselves as the California DOJ.
