We coordinate scheduling/logistics with a third-party authorized Live Scan provider. Provider, DOJ/FBI and rolling fees are paid separately. We do not physically fingerprint applicants.

Attorney escalation — pass-through

If a legal interpretation or policy-specific opinion is needed, the client engages its counsel directly. We can prepare the factual workflow packet for counsel review.
