Our intended service architecture does not require us to receive or store DOJ criminal-history information. We collect contact information, organization data, roster workflow fields and status information necessary to deliver administrative services.
Website readiness submissions may include organization name, contact name, email, phone, questionnaire responses and notes. We use these to respond to requests and improve our services.
Production terms must identify exact fields, subprocessors, retention periods, security measures and client responsibilities after architecture is finalized.
Clients must not upload criminal-history reports, SSNs, DOJ response documents or other prohibited sensitive content into fields not specifically approved for that purpose.
