We do not provide individualized legal advice, interpret criminal-history information, determine applicant suitability, receive CORI as part of our standard service, or perform fingerprint rolling unless a separately authorized service is established.
Clients remain responsible for determining which laws apply, maintaining required DOJ authorization, designating appropriate authorized personnel, safeguarding CORI and making suitability decisions. Official requirements can change; current agency instructions control over our summaries.
